AMALTHEA 2011 aims at discussing all aspects of infrastructure which is the present need of hour of India. Development of infrastructure is essential to ensure the progress of India. The need of today is making the youth - the budding engineers, academicians and scientists aware of the present scenario and aspects of development in the near future.

 

The conclave aspires to bring the best brains in the field of infrastructure under a single roof and provide a platform for innovation.

Exhibition AMALTHEA ’11 also plans to organize an exhibition of the different infrastructure projects and other investments to foster the zeal of innovation and technology development among thestudent and engineer fraternity. The Exhibition will also be a showcase of oncoming developments and existing technology in the industries and labs, which will help students to learn the need of research and also help in taking up projects and assignments. Events Quadriplegic’s Peripheral in which one has to design a wearable device to facilitate the interface between human and computer for Quadraplegics. Mech Mania: Here objective is to inculcate maximum number of concepts of mechanics to make an extraordinary locomotive vehicle that can hold, grab and scoop ability. Agua’menti: using laws of designing and mass transfer to contrive a Portable water Purifier which can claim its purity at its best. Civilization: It aims at testing the management skills in basic infrastructure construction for planning of a new city. Exciting prizes worth more than one lac rupees and many more prizes for the winners in the events
